2. Ask Away 10583 does not employ or directly supervise any of the high school students. We facilitate connections only. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to communicate clearly with the student, confirm expectations, and supervise the engagement as necessary.
3. Parents and guardians agree to use their own discretion when hiring students for services. Ask Away 10583 is not liable for any outcomes related to the performance, conduct, or availability of any student helper.
4. We reserve the right to remove any user or student helper from our platform if we receive a report of inappropriate behavior or if guidelines are not followed.
5. This platform is intended for community connection and informal assistance. It should not be used in place of certified childcare, medical, legal, or professional services.
